Camp Clay classes, workshops, and camps require a minimum number of participants to run. We make every effort to fill each offering before making the difficult decision to cancel.
If minimum enrollment is not met, Camp Clay reserves the right to cancel a class, workshop, or camp up to 72 hours before its scheduled start time. If this happens, registered participants will be notified by email and will receive the option of:
A full refund to the original payment method, or
Studio credit toward a future class or workshop.
We understand that schedule changes can be inconvenient and appreciate your understanding. This policy allows us to continue offering small, high-quality classes while supporting our instructors and the long-term sustainability of the studio.
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Because our classes are small and often sell out, late cancellations make it difficult to fill empty seats and directly impact our instructors and studio.
