Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first class are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee, or you may choose studio credit.

    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the first class are eligible for studio credit only.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class are non-refundable and not eligible for credit unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a refund minus a $15 administrative fee, or studio credit.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot.

    If we are able to fill your space from the waitlist, we'll gladly refund your registration (minus the applicable administrative fee).

  • Plans change—we get it. If you need to cancel, please email jess@campclay.studio and include the class or workshop you're registered for.

    Your eligibility for a refund or studio credit is determined by the date and time your cancellation email is received.

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Because our classes are small and often sell out, late cancellations make it difficult to fill empty seats and directly impact our instructors and studio.
